Our January 2021 course sold out and we are in week 3 of delivery, even in a lockdown! We've had to pivot but the feedback has been fantastic. We are using the time to help the students with their workbooks, until education can return in person. Then we can get straight to the practical elements and look to pass our students ASAP. With that in mind we have launched 3 new courses for 2021. Saturday 27th Febraury 2021 2-6pm Saturday 15th May 2021 2-6pm Saturday 17th September 2021 2-6pm Alongside our already planned courses; Sunday 16th May 2021 1-5pm Sunday 18th September 2021 1-5pm All our courses require you to attend 10, 4 hour practical workshops alongside 4 hours a week of your own learning (guided by us of course). "Before I started at Studio Twenty 3, I hadn't really been doing any regular exercise for four or five months. I was starting to feel a bit unfit ... I'd put on a little bit of weight, and I was doing a lot of shift work. My eating habits had really deteriorated. I was looking for something flexible and something to kickstart me and motivate me back into having a bit more regular exercise.
Since training at Studio Twenty 3, I've been doing a lot more regular exercise. I've done strength training, which I've never ever done before and have really, really enjoyed it. I definitely feel a lot fitter in myself. I've definitely lost a little bit of weight and just generally toned up, which is something that I've been saying for the last five years that I really want to do, and I just haven't. But this year I have. I would definitely recommend Studio Twenty 3. I have had multiple gym memberships in the past, and I just don't go. But actually having one-to-one personal training sessions has really been fantastic for me, and I'd highly recommend it to anyone."
