"Before I started at Studio Twenty 3, I hadn't really been doing any regular exercise for four or five months. I was starting to feel a bit unfit ... I'd put on a little bit of weight, and I was doing a lot of shift work. My eating habits had really deteriorated. I was looking for something flexible and something to kickstart me and motivate me back into having a bit more regular exercise.

Since training at Studio Twenty 3, I've been doing a lot more regular exercise. I've done strength training, which I've never ever done before and have really, really enjoyed it. I definitely feel a lot fitter in myself. I've definitely lost a little bit of weight and just generally toned up, which is something that I've been saying for the last five years that I really want to do, and I just haven't. But this year I have. I would definitely recommend Studio Twenty 3.

I have had multiple gym memberships in the past, and I just don't go. But actually having one-to-one personal training sessions has really been fantastic for me, and I'd highly recommend it to anyone."
