Personal Training
Personal Training at ST3 provides you with 1-2-1 attention, which means your progress is the sole focus of that session. We can use the time to teach good form, educate on nutrition and keep you accountable to your goals.
Our team of experienced Personal Trainers have a wide variety of skills and knowledge so whatever your goal is, we have got you covered. Semi-Private Personal Training
Semi-Private Personal Training at ST3 provides the same high quality coaching as 1-2-1 training, with the added benefits of training in a group of like minded individuals.
Our Semi-Private Personal Training is results driven making sure you get the most out of your time at ST3. Our experienced coaches are passionate about the science of training and have mastered the art of coaching to make your training experience at ST3 an enjoyable one. We allow a maximum of 6 members per session for Semi-Private Personal Training. |
