"Before I started at Studio Twenty 3, I felt very overweight, definitely unfit. My blood pressure was up, my heart rate was high, and I wasn't feeling great about myself. Studio Twenty 3's helped me by allowing me to have real discipline. The fact that I have to come every session, that's really important, that makes a big difference. That's also showed me things I didn't think I could do before, like lifting weights and also lots of good nutrition advice about how to eat better. That's really helped to take my weight down, improve my strength and my fitness.
