Lots of people have asked us about paying for the FREE ZOOM Large Group Training session we have been hosting every Thursday at 6pm, to help support a small business during this difficult time.
We have found it hard to put a price on this therefore, if you enjoyed the session and would like to make a donation, that would be massively appreciated. All you have to do is follow this link. You can change the amount by changing the quantity. https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_s-xclick&hosted_button_id=4FNJPT9HWB46L Thank you. Gareth

Dear Members,
I started in the fitness industry in 2008 because I had a massive passion for health and fitness and helping people. I can never see myself doing any other job and to this day there is nothing better than seeing my clients lose weight, decrease inches, improve confidence but more importantly improve health. In 2011 I took a huge leap taking on personal debt to open my fitness business and over the last 9 years we’ve trained 100’s of local residents to achieve better fitness, health, nutrition, mental health and more importantly we have a strong community of like-minded people who all have one common goal and it’s been great to lead and be part of this. What’s happening with the coronavirus now is devastating and hopefully this will pass and we’ll come out of the other side together. As a small business owner I ask that we all stick together as a community whilst we temporarily close our doors and move to an online fitness model. I understand it’s testing times for us all, but my number one goal is to ensure that there is a fitness business here when we get through this and I don’t want to lose you from this community and have to end up closing the business permanently. For that reason, I’m asking all of you to stick with me through this and transition to online training. My team behind me are working tirelessly through this to support you and we have created a great system for service to continue as normal, the only difference is it will be delivered online. We are contacting clients individually to discuss their training and are taking it one day at a time. If I have not spoken to you already then I promise you a call is on it’s way. Below you will find my personal contact details if you have any concerns or questions and once again I thank you very much for your support and look forward to continuing our relationship for many years ahead. Warm regards, Gareth 07737715671. [email protected] In light of recent news with the coronavirus, it has never been more important to focus on your health and fitness. Exercise has been proven to boost your immune system. With that in mind, we have been working tirelessly to come up with a plan to support you all at this time. To reduce the footfall, in the studio but to continue our excellent service, we will be holding our Small Group Training online via Zoom. Each class member will be sent a link. We will continue to run Personal Training at the Studio, but where possible we will be doing this on a 1-2-1 basis. Our maximum number has now been reduced to two Personal Trainers and up to four clients at any one time, (however that is very unlikely). This may require some flexibility with your session times. We will continue to enforce our good hygiene policy with hand washing and wiping down equipment. This of course only applies to people who a symptom free. Please see poster below and protect yourself and other by self isolating. We really appreciate your continued support during this difficult time and hope that you are willing to stick with us whilst we do our very best to come up with solutions.
