In light of recent news with the coronavirus, it has never been more important to focus on your health and fitness. Exercise has been proven to boost your immune system.
With that in mind, we have been working tirelessly to come up with a plan to support you all at this time.
To reduce the footfall, in the studio but to continue our excellent service, we will be holding our Small Group Training online via Zoom. Each class member will be sent a link.
We will continue to run Personal Training at the Studio, but where possible we will be doing this on a 1-2-1 basis. Our maximum number has now been reduced to two Personal Trainers and up to four clients at any one time, (however that is very unlikely). This may require some flexibility with your session times.
We will continue to enforce our good hygiene policy with hand washing and wiping down equipment.
This of course only applies to people who a symptom free. Please see poster below and protect yourself and other by self isolating.
We really appreciate your continued support during this difficult time and hope that you are willing to stick with us whilst we do our very best to come up with solutions.
