If you’ve been frequently raiding the cupboards and fridge during the lockdown and want to take control of your cravings so you can watch the waistline then I have the perfect free guide for you. 🍪 🌭🍦
It’s called: The 10 Steps To Eliminating Cravings So You're Never Hungry Again! 😋
Where on earth do you start?
-Do you buy a fitness magazine?
-Do you join a gym and hope for the best?
-Do you go for a run or just clear out your fridge?
Maybe you are getting started with exercise for the first time. Firstly, congratulations! This thought process on its own is a big step and you must have felt the need to make a positive change.
Note: a 1 hour workout is just 4% of your day.
You are feeling inspired and have had a surge of motivation but you have already hit your first hurdle. The media is probably completely confusing you and I am not surprised!
The fitness industry is one of the most confusing industries if you are looking for clear advice.
Q: You have heard that you should eat protein for breakfast but you don’t know why?
A: To stabilise blood sugar levels throughout the day (preventing energy spikes and dips which leads to bad food choices and excess fat storage).
Q: You have heard that weight training is important and beneficial for fat loss but you don’t know what you’re doing or where to start.
A: Weight training is more beneficial for fat loss as it can elevate your metabolism for up to 38 hours after the workout, in other words, you continue to burn calories long after you finish your session. Find someone who can demonstrate the correct technique and will spend time refining it.
There is an overload of information out there and it seems like you are just expected to know what to do.
If you have tried to research any of these areas then you have probably spent more time reading, collecting and overwhelming yourself rather than being productive and getting started. You are at risk of PARALYSIS BY ANALYSIS. You have heard so many things and have spent time trying to work out what seems valid and what doesn’t. You are afraid of doing something wrong so instead you do nothing.
