Protein Pancakes

Serves 1:
Ingredients:

1 x Banana
25G Oats
1 x Eggs
1 Scoop Awesome Whey Protein Powder

Instructions:
Put all ingredients in the blender. Blend to s smooth batter.
1ts Coconut Oil and fry 1-2 minutes on each side until cooked through.

Topping:
Up to you. I love Greek yoghurt and blueberries.

Ideally eaten around a workout as they are high carbohydrate. (The best time to eat carbs is before or after training)
