You don't have to give up on your health and fitness just because we are in lockdown 3.0!
Granted, Jean had already made the switch from a big commercial gym, (where she repeated the same workout on the same 3 pieces of cardio equipment) to a small independant facility where every session is coached.
However, Jean could have given up on her progress back in March 2020 (when I had to close the gym). It would have been easy to use that as an excuse not to continue to work on her health and fitness.
Jean could have done that again in November and again in December (yes, we've been closed for 7 of the last 12 months)! But, that hasn't stopped us helping people.
I got side tracked, sorry.
Jean was well aware that if she was going to continue her progress, she needed the help of an expert (me) to guide her through, particulary whilst gym's closed, acitivity levels are at an all time low and Netflix are making a fortune. 📺
