Holly joined Studio Twenty 3 just over 12 months ago after a second knee injury so wanted our help to get stronger, fitter and back playing her favorite sport Netball. Fast forward 12 months Holly is back playing Netball after working with us for 8 months, feels stronger and fitter whilst trying loads of new exercises.
