We are looking to add another class to our popular Small Group Training Schedule. (Almost all other classes fully booked)
Train in our private Personal Training Studio with a max 6 other people sharing one Personal Trainer. (Hence the name Small Group Training)
The aim is to guarantee you get an awesome workout that is going to help you lose weight, build muscle, get fitter, torch fat, burn calories and get stronger, all whilst having fun.
