protein that we stock. The description is in the title but is often forgotten. It is called a supplement and not a replacement. 

​​We want to enhance an already great diet with some extra protein (for all the good reasons already discussed). Now if your new eating regime is still falling short on the protein requirements, then this is where some thing like Awesome Whey or Vegan Protein can help.

Why I Picked Awesome Supplements

The Supplement industry in the UK is set to grow to 15 Billion USD by 2023. So to say it's a minefield for somebody who is interested and educated on the area would be an understatement. Therefore, for the average person, you really have no hope in getting your hands on the right product.

What I wanted to do was find a company that has very similar values and morals to myself and those I've embedded into Studio Twenty 3. Honesty, Trust, Loyalty, Value and Research Drive to name a few.

A few years ago, I came across Ben Coomber, fitness industry guru, owner of the BTN academy, Ben Coomber Radio (the number 1 rated health and fitness podcast) & Fat Loss for Life. I started to follow his work and really connected with his approach. In fact I loved his approach so much that I booked a 1-2-1 business coaching session with him.

Recently, he launched Awesome Supplements and that was when I knew I had a company that was trying to change the industry and put good quality, research driven supplements in front of the mass market. That is why I stock Awesome Supplements.

Awesome Vegan Protein - A great alternative to those who want vegan protein through choice and also for those who are intolerant to dairy. This product is made from rice and pea protein. Awesome Omega 3 - We talked about the balance of omega 3 and 6 being all wrong in the western diet. An omega 3 supplement can really help with a wonder of health issues. £20 per tub, 30 servings. Not currently in stock as they have just launched it.
