Massive well done to Jo for smashing her 12 Week Shape Up Challenge. Jo claimed the prize of 4 x Personal Training sessions by producing the best before and after picture. The data is impressive, 8.1kg lost, that's a massive 10.5% of her body weight, 15cm for her measurements and a drop of 4% body fat in the 12 weeks.
