That's right, if you've got a goal, we want to help you get there. We know, from over 8 years of experience, that getting fitter and stronger helps improve all aspects of life. As our classes are one to six, it means we can cater for all ages, abilities, levels of fitness and even people with minor injuries can train with us. Our SGT classes are one of a kind. Nowhere else can you get one to six coaching from a level 3 Personal Trainer.
That's right, you are getting the expertise of a Personal Trainer in a group environment. We have a flexible timetable of 8 classes a week and growing (we are always looking to add new classes to our timetable). A small group, maximum 6 participants, which means you get the individual attention and coaching for maximum reward. A number of different payment and membership options including a Guaranteed regular SGT membership and a pay as you go (PAYG) fully flexible membership, leaving you in control. Classes that run all year round, 6 days a week. You'll have on had access to a level 3 Personal Trainer at every session should you require any further guidance. We have a team of 5 highly trainer Personal Trainers. The classes are progressive for beginners right up to advance, there is always an option to regress and or progress each exercise. The classes all run in our spacious well equipped, air conditioned Personal Training Studio. How DO i get started?
Before joining Small Group Training at Studio Twenty 3 you need to come into the studio for a FREE SGT induction. This is essential so that we can screen you for any injuries, find out exactly what you want to achieve and take you through some of the basic exercise that we will do in class.
