, air conditioned private Personal Training Studio. Small Group Training or (SGT) as we like to call it, is by far the most cost effective way to get fitter, stronger, leaner, faster and generally #bemoreawesome


Our highly experienced staff have helped hundreds of people like you achieve their dream bodies, and you can do the same too.

Small Group Training - Timetable


Monday 7pm

Tuesday 8am and 9am

Wednesday 9am and 10am

Thursday 9am

Friday 9am, 10am and 6pm

Sunday 8am and 9am

We are always looking to add new classes to our timetable so if there is not a day or time that suit you right now, please get in touch to see what classes we might be looking to open soon.
