WELCOME ONBOARD

Welcome to the Studio Twenty 3 Academy. We are delighted that you have chosen to complete your Level 3 Personal Training diploma with us and thoroughly look forward to helping you with your first steps into the fitness industry.

HERE IS A LIST OF EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT YOUR LEVEL 3 PERSONAL TRAINING COURSE

APPLICATION FORM

Please download, fill out and return the application form to [email protected]

IDentification

We also need a photocopy of your ID, Driving licence or Passport. Attach this to the email along with your application form.

Personal training

Practical Workshops

The practical workshops start at 1pm and run until 5pm at our studio in Chandler's Ford. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early so that we can start promptly. Our address is:

We have on site parking which is free providing you complete the following. 


It is VERY IMPORTANT to avoid parking fines:
You NEED to go to register your vehicle every week on the day of the session. You need to give the vehicle registration, type of vehicle and our full address.

Parking Permit Application

There are posters up in the studio, should you forget.
We are unable to remove any fines incurred for not following the parking process.



We are also within a 2 minute walk of Chandlers Ford train station and the nearest bus stops should you be using alternative methods of travel.

Please wear gym clothes and bring layers. We keep the gym cool and we will be doing a mixture of sitting and moving.

Other things to bring include:
  • A notepad/pen and or laptop/tablet for note taking
  • Sweat towel
  • Water bottle (we have cold water fountains on site)
  • Light snacks (there is also a small shop and a co-op within 5 minutes walking distance from the studio)

You will be sent confirmation of your practical workshops along with a copy of your invoice once payment has been confirmed.

Online e-learning

The Course Handbook will be your guide for the course and we recommend that you work through the books in this order:

1. Functional Anatomy for Training & Performance
2. Nutrition for Performance, Health & Fitness
3. Fundamentals of Personal Training

4. Delivering Personal Training
5. Reflective Case Study
6. Fitness In Business

To access your workbooks, please register yourself on our online training portal. Here you will be able to download the workbooks to your laptop/device, so that you can save them, and come back to your work as you make progress. There are also hours of videos and written information for you to learn from on the portal as well.
